A movement for real conscious design. We took different paths. Explored new languages. Made mistakes along the way. But our belief never changed: to do better.
Today, we are the second generation. The first one inspired us. The third is growing up, watching what we do. And what we want to leave behind is not a perfect machine, but a real company. A human one. Something worth being proud of.
Our starting point was simple — almost naïve. To design a chair that was truly sustainable. Not in words. In facts. That’s how OTO was born. One To One. And with it, a new way of thinking.
This is ADD today. Dynamic. Unconventional. Direct. Conscious and brave. Concrete — yet still able to dream.

Sustainability
We put responsibility into practice on every level. Guided by the ESG 2030 goals as our compass.
We act daily with an approach that is both global and local: towards the environment around us, the natural resources we use, the territory that hosts us, and the people who work with us, live around us or choose our collections. We have become a Benefit Corporation and have started the B Corp certification process, because generating positive impact is one of our business objectives.
