We put responsibility into practice on every level. Guided by the ESG 2030 goals as our compass, we act daily with an approach that is both global and local:

towards the environment around us, the natural resources we use, the territory that hosts us, and the people who work with us, live around us or choose our collections. We have become a Benefit Corporation and have started the B Corp certification process, because generating positive impact is one of our business objectives.

CERTIFICATIONS

Our actions, combined with rigorous controls, converge in an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Transparent and responsible governance has enabled us to achieve internationally recognised certifications that attest to product quality, workplace health and safety, environmental protection and the reliability of our processes.

ENERGY FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES

We operate entirely on energy generated from renewable sources and continue to invest in improving production efficiency. We use exclusively high-quality pre-consumer, post-industrial plastics, recovered from manufacturing processes that would otherwise generate waste. All fabrics are 100% certified (Ecolabel, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS, EPD, VOC Emission Certification), as are the wood and all packaging materials, which are FSC® C214166 certified.

PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

We have built a value chain with strong social impact, implementing a predominantly local supply network through partnerships with Italian suppliers. We collaborate with Themis for assembly and upholstery processes. The cooperative operates just a few kilometres from our headquarters and combines industrial production with social inclusion, offering employment opportunities and paths to independence for people in vulnerable situations.

OCEAN CLEANUP

Through our OTO chair, we support Ogyre — an Italian Benefit Corporation with the mission of protecting the sea through the “Fishing for Litter” model. By working with networks of local fishermen, plastic and marine waste are collected, cleaning the oceans while generating positive social impact for coastal communities. Each OTO chair sold contributes to the recovery of 0.5 kilograms of marine waste, totalling three tonnes recovered since the start of the initiative.
