The third is growing up, watching what we do. And what we want to leave behind is not a perfect machine, but a real company. A human one. Something worth being proud of.
Our starting point was simple — almost naïve. To design a chair that was truly sustainable. Not in words. In facts. That’s how OTO was born. One To One. And with it, a new way of thinking.
This is ADD today. Dynamic. Unconventional. Direct. Conscious and brave. Concrete — yet still able to dream.

ADD is a meeting point. A laboratory where the product is only the beginning, and design culture is the real outcome. We are designers, manufacturers, thinkers, industrial craftsmen.

We design and produce objects that start from a clear idea and arrive at an honest form. We don’t believe in design as a purely aesthetic exercise. We see it as a political act — in the highest sense of the word: a position on the world we want to live in.
OUR HERITAGE
METALSEAT is synonymous with a deep-rooted industrial culture. We were born through making. For years, we worked behind the scenes, transforming ideas into real objects, shaping complex projects — even when our name wasn’t visible
Manufacturing has never been a service for us. It is a language made of challenges, processes, solutions and limits to overcome. Design came naturally, as a consequence. Not as decoration, but as responsibility.
Today, ADD brings together long-built technical expertise, the flexibility to respond to different needs, and a clear vision of contemporary design.
Every day, we work to improve our construction methods, developing furniture where every decision is part of the process — from material research to customisation — because every project deserves a tailored response.
