Modular Bookcase

An open shelving system defined by essential design. Filii is born from the idea of highlighting the primary function of furniture, transforming subtraction and constructional simplicity into a light architectural gesture. The painted metal structure features fully concealed fixings — a design choice that reinforces formal cleanliness while ensuring high stability. The result is a minimal image, free from superfluous elements, where linear surfaces and precise proportions take centre stage. Shelves are available in wood, with matte or natural finishes, offering a wide material palette. Essences such as oak, walnut, ash and other variants allow Filii to adapt to different contexts while maintaining a sober, coherent identity.

Modularity is a core element of the project. The system can develop across entire walls, with variable lengths and customisable configurations, suitable for both residential and contract environments. Each element is fully demountable and designed for ultra-flat packaging, facilitating transport, assembly and reconfiguration over time. Perfect as a bookcase, display unit, noticeboard or simple support surface, Filii is a transversal, discreet and highly functional solution for organising contemporary spaces.
